As a cash patient I was incredibly nervous on who I can trust as far as paying out of pocket for dental work, and if you feel the same rest easy coming into encino total dental. They are honest and reasonably priced for quality dental work. They are also incredibly kind and caring. It had been a decade since I had been to the dentist and to say I was nervous was an understatement but everyone was wonderful, from the front desk to Dr. B. But I have to give a special shout-out to Teresa, she was amazing, she was kind and honest and really cared about what was best for me as a patient. I will be coming back every 6 months because of her :)

I had the greatest experience at Encino total dentistry, Rebecca the hygienist did an amazing job with my deep cleaning as well as Dr. B who previously did some wonderful work with my fillings also. Last I really loved how organized & clean the front office staff kept the waiting area, not to mention the two ladies running the front desk, Cheyenne & Martina were both very friendly & showed exceptional customer service. 100% will recommend to anyone I know.

A family friend referred me to Encino Total Dentistry. I had to remove my old crown (from another dentist) that was coming out. I was greeted by Martina in that front, she was very helpful and friendly. Emily took X-rays of my teeth, you can tell she’s good at her job and made me comfortable. Jack came in and explained step by step of exactly what they’re going to do. He also answered my 100 questions about everything and was patient with my questions. Then to Dr. B, he removed my crown and replaced it. Most of the dentist are rough and make me feel uncomfortable, but Dr. B was gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Before, during and after the procedure he was talking to me and explaining what’s going on so I knew. As I left Cheyenne and Noemi was at the front desk and help me checkout, very nice and kind ladies. I’m a new patient but will definitely come back and would recommend all my friends and family to come here. Thank you Dr. B and Jack!

Dr. B and his team are far from outstanding. I came in for wisdom teeth extractions and everything went perfect. I was nervous when surgery day came but I'm glad I went with IV sedation that Dr.B recommended which really calm my nerves and the whole process took no more than an hour. Two weeks later and the healing process is going great!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Encino Total Dentistry. After years of dental issues, I finally decided to invest in a full mouth reconstruction and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and in comfort. I’m the most terrified person when it comes to doctors or dentist, but the staff and dentist are so supportive and caring you’ll be at ease immediately. I had to get my lower wisdom tooth removed surgically and I thought the worst, but my procedure was done so rapidly and with the most care i was just in disbelief. The office is big, bright, with the state of the art equipment. My first impression was this is a dental mill, with plenty of staff and lots of dental chairs. I was expecting a hard sell, offering me all sorts of dental products and procedures. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG ! Everybody was kind, caring and gentle. In fact if I hadn't suggested a cosmetic repair of my tooth, I would have walked out there with just a cleaning. Thanks to the hygienist. She was efficient and gentle. Special thanks to Shana, the manager. She explained the process from start to finish. I highly recommend this organization for your dental care.
